When immigration was at it's peak in the early part of the century it was required that the immigrants take English classes, learn the background of our country, and swear allegiance to our flag/country. Our country is an english speaking country. It is up to the immigrant to learn our language not for us to make concessions by having to duplicate all signs/notices in spanish. Are there signs in Russian, Polish, italian,french,Vietnamese,khmer, or any other language? Talk about discrimination. Kennedy needs to retire. He has long lost the interest of Americans.
